The promise

You pay nothing until your property earns. Our fee is 20% of rental income, if there are no bookings, there is no fee. Our income only exists when yours does.

How do I know what my property earned?

Every month you receive a plain-English statement: bookings, nightly rates, income, costs, and the net amount paid to you. Nothing is hidden in the fee.

My property needs work first.

We'll say so honestly in the assessment, and we can coordinate the preparation works with trusted local trades before listing.

Who looks after the keys and emergencies?

We do. We are locally based, hold keys securely, and respond to guest and property emergencies ourselves.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No. Management is a rolling agreement. If you wish to stop letting, or sell, you simply give notice.
